TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

Business reporting training offered to journalists in SADC

Journalists from Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe are encouraged to apply for a NSJ Training course in business reporting, taking place in Mozambique from 24 April to 5 May 2006. This course is designed to help journalists attain high professional standards of reporting in their own environments. The cost of the course, accommodation and a daily stipend for food is covered by NSJ. Participants are required to cover half of their transportation costs. Women journalists are encouraged to apply.
